Arrange a Visit
When can we come?
Visits can be arranged at any time of year. However, visits are by appointment only - this is necessary seeing as FAI is a working farm.
How long do visits normally last?
Visits generally last 1.5 to 2 hours.
What size of group can come?
Generally we try to aim for groups of 10-30 children visiting the farm at any one time. Please note that we may split groups at the larger end of this range into two smaller groups. This will enable everyone to get the most out of the visit.
What age do you have to be to visit the farm?
We welcome visitors of all ages. We are happy to arrange visits for children and adults alike, and we tailor visits so that they are appropriate to the ages and abilities of the visitors. However, since FAI is a working farm rather than a petting farm we generally recommend that very young children (3 years and under) attend the farm Open Days and special events rather than arranging dedicated farm visits.
