Oxfordshire Science Festival - Saturday 6th March 2010
The Outdoor Classroom and FAI hosted a stall at the Oxfordshire Science Festival launch event on Saturday 6th March. We had a lovely day and would like to thank all of the people who came and visited the stall and took part in our activities.
Our questionnaire (click here if you would like to try it) proved
particularly popular
and we were very impressed with the number of
correct answers given by the children
who participated. However, our
favourite answer of the day was one saying that beef came from ‘big monsters’.

Easter Activities - 6-9th April 2010
TO BE CONFIRMED
The Outdoor Classroom will be running a number of special Easter events (aimed primarily at children aged 4-7 years old). These will be based on our ‘Egg to Chicken’ topic and will include a farm tour and some Easter-based arts and crafts activities. The events are free-of-charge, but participation must be pre-booked and places (limited to max. 20 children) will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
LEAF Open Farm Sunday - Sunday 13th June 2010
The Outdoor Classroom will be participating in the LEAF Open Farm Sunday.
